What is an Ad credit?
When you sign up for a package you get a number of credits. Each credit pays for one ad. Choose the package that suits you best, giving you the right number of credits (ads) per month. One credit = one ad.
When do I consume an Ad credit?
You can create as many ads as you like and download water-marked versions to review and share with your team. When you are ready to use your ad you can download a watermark free version. Simply click the "Buy with One Credit" option after finalising your ad. It's at this point you consume the ad credit.
What happens to my unused Ad Credits if I upgrade my plan?
Ad credits don't carry forward when you upgrade your plan so we suggest you use all available ads on your current plan before upgrading.
Does Adzy offer a managed service to do my advertising on Facebook for me?

I don't have a Facebook account, can I still use Adzy?
Yes most certainly. The ads you create can be placed on other channels and used for social media posts.
Do I need a Facebook pixel installed on my website?
A Facebook pixel will help you track the effectiveness of your ads. It will show you who has clicked through from your ad on Facebook to your website and what actions they have taken once there. So, we definitely recommend it.
Do I need to change anything on my website to use Adzy?
No. The only thing you might want to do is install a Facebook pixel on your website so that you can track visitors from your Facebook ad to your website.
